Mursk/Ładne in color

Association "based in Warsaw," and Ari Ari Foundation carried out a large-scale operation in the villages Mursk and Ładne. During the workshop with children and adults villagers made a color analysis of the area and chose the color of the village. This was the result of many studies - fashion colors, color traditions of the region, satellite images, maps, annual temperature amplitudes.
The result of the project was a joint painting village in the selected color (color scheme). We painted a private space (each on its own), and a common space that we created as a result of the project. The village formed three bus shelters, benches, tables, a playground, trash bins - all in the color of the village, a modern convention referring to the regional architectural style.
